Although there are hundreds of homes to choose from, we can help you narrow it down to the brand and floorplan based on your personal preferences.

3. Customize your home.

Although things like stainless steel appliances are standard in most new manufactured homes these days, you can personalize your space by selecting finishes, upgrades, and add-ons.

4. We build and install.

We handle everything from site prep to final installation of your home.  We can also install any add-ons like carports, covered porches, and coordinate more extensive landscaping projects for you.

5. Move in!

We have Land-Home Packages:

• Starting in the low $200s
• Most homes range from $220k-$240k
• Fully upgraded options available up to $260k+

We currently have 12 fantastic lots available in Foxwood Hills Community. 

If you're familiar with the area, there are 3 in Aaron section, and 9 in Section M.

We chose these lots because the topography is relatively level or gradually sloping, therefore not adding unnecessary development costs to your home.

Once you've chosen your lot, home, finishes, and add-ons, you can expect to move into your brand new home in as little as 3 months.
